I have been given the privilege to give a keynote presentation at the mediakasvatus.fi (Finnish society on media educaiton) seminar LuovaMä!, in Jyväskylä (2012.11.27).

I will give a presentation on the theme “Tweens constructing gender online”, based on the.GTO.project.

Graviz & Hernwall: Young people as co-researchers in developing digital media use in Swedish public school.

Today Ana Graviz and myself did a presentation at the NERA2011 congress in Jyväskylä, on data from the UNGMODs research project. The presentation, available on prezi (the link above), is based on our co-operation with pupils from a secondary school and how they where introduced to research by way of a crash course in research methods. And, in the end, to become our co-researchers in the UNGMODs research project.
